PSHS-CBZRC passed 2SA with 0 NC

SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. conducted a remote audit on November 24, 2020. Mr. Melvin Grueso and Mr. Erwin Quinto were fielded as third-party auditors. This year the intention was to check the organization’s compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements as well as to determine whether CBZRC updated its context of organization in consideration of the Taal eruption and the pandemic which led to the implementation of Remote and Blended Learning and Alternative Work Arrangements.

The detailed remote audit was scheduled using Google Meet and requested objective evidences were either presented by sharing screens or with the use of document viewers. The first to be audited by both auditors was the Top Management with Dr. Jose M. Andaya, the Campus Director, Ms. Ma. Theresa P. Pagulayan, the Finance and Administration Division Chief, Mr. Joni M. Albarico, the Curriculum and Instruction Division Chief, Mr. Jorge M. Job, the Student Services Division Chief, and Mr. Reynier A. Olivares, the Campus Quality Management Representative.

Mr. Quinto proceeded to audit CID while Mr. Grueso was auditing Procurement and HR Units with Mr. Edsel Espino and Ms. Ma. Theresa Pagulayan respectively. In the afternoon, Mr. Grueso resumed with the HR Unit while Mr. Quinto was auditing Ms. Benita Laurena, the Guidance Counselor. Immediately after the HR, Ms. Quennie Marice Maglasang was requested to join the auditing of the Control of Documented Information. Next in line was the Internal Audit Team led by Mr. Dexter Vile Laurden. The auditing of the Management Review with the Mancom and the Campus QMR did not take much time because the requested objective evidences were forwarded ahead of the schedule.

With 0 nonconformity, PSHS-CBZRC passed the second surveillance audit. Dr. Andaya extended his sincere gratitude towards the employees and emphasized that it was everybody’s effort that led to the day’s success.
